Repair Appointment
By submitting a Repair Appointment request you have chosen to have your vehicle repaired at one of our locations.

Thank you for choosing Bates Custom & Collision! All you need to bring when you drop-off your car for repair is your insurance claim number (if applicable) and about 15-minutes of your time. Our highly trained staff will review damages to the vehicle and collect authorization for the repair. If needed, we can arrange to have a rental car ready for you through one of our partner car rental agencies.

Our friendly staff will serve as your liaison to the insurance company. Through the use of electronic billing and digital imaging capabilities we are able to expedite the processing of your insurance claim. This results in seamless communications between our repair-center staff and the insurance claims personnel.

Estimate Appointment
With the complexity of vehicles today, an accurate estimate on medium to large repairs will require that we put the car up on a lift and have two of our most skilled technicians disassemble and examine all damaged areas to make sure that nothing is missed. This reduces delays and results in an overall more accurate estimate ending in a quicker, more efficient repair.

  2. You should select a repair center based on your own research (warranty, training/certifications, facility appearance), recommendations from friends or family, and your comfort level with the staff and facility. You are not obligated to use any particular shop.
